CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, minus 10% handling fee, will be given if written notice is received by Elite Enterprises postmarked no later than January 31, 2009. Refunds, minus 50% will be given if written notice is received by Elite Enterprises postmarked between February 1 and February 10, 2009. Written notice may be mailed to Elite Enterprises, PO Box 738, Ladson, SC 29456. Absolutely NO REFUNDS after February 11, 2009. NO REFUNDS will be made if you do not cancel and do not show. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL AND DO NOT SHOW! We understand all activities are legal and adult. We will keep all information confidential. We are not acting as a part or on behalf of any media or governmental organization and will not disclose anything outside the convention. We are acting as adults for personal interest only. Reservations will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You will be given the name and location of the hotel upon receipt of your paid reservation. For security purposes, please keep this information confidential. Discretion is of the utmost importance to all of us. You will be responsible for any incidentals not in the package and will be issued a receipt by the hotel for those expenses.
